We are seeking a helpdesk supervisor for a large site in Victoria, London. You must have worked for st least three years as a helpdesk operator in the building services sector, have a good working knowledge of Concept Helpdesk System, able to exercise initiative and prioritise duties accordingly, have an excellent telephone manner and customer relations.
You will be Supervising 3 HelpDesk Operators, operating the HelpDesk, including taking work requests and generating the request in the CAFM system transmitting the request to the relevant area, porters, engineers. You will also be responsible for general administrative duties, typing, filing, maintaining records, preparing reports etc.
